General Contractor Wieland-Davco was commissioned to build this new facility. In turn, they contracted with KENPAT to provide interior framing, interior wall systems, exterior cladding, and acoustical as well as drywall ceilings. Two factors make this work significant: the size and nature of the work, and the fact that all of this needed to be completed in a 3.5-month time period. In total, approximately 267,000 SF of drywall was installed in that 3.5-month time period. Overall, 68,000 SF of acoustical ceiling tiles were installed in this facility.
