Harris Technology Center

Harris Engineering in Melbourne, FL, sought to create a new engineering facility as part of a broader modernization initiative designed to foster engineering innovation, while retaining existing and attracting new highly skilled engineers to the region. The resultant six-story, 450,000-square-foot center is a facility costing over $100 million designed to accomplish those goals.

KENPAT participated in building this state-of-the-art facility by installing drywall, acoustical ceilings and wall panels. The contract value of $6.2 million consisted of the following scope of work:
• Framing and Gypsum Drywall
• Acoustical Ceilings and Wall Panels
• Wood Ceilings and Wall Panels
• Stainless Steel Wall Systems (Elevator Lobbies)

KENPAT self-performed 100% of this scope.
