Overview

Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College renovation and expansion was awarded to KENPAT USA, LLC by Walker & Company, Inc. This project consisted of light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, stucco and plaster, and GFRC, with feature elements incorporated into the walls and ceilings. The new construction demanded a seamless transition from the existing structure to the new expansion that set an extremely high standard of quality for this architectural jewel.

The Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College was a Renovation and Expansion “Turn Key” project of 8000 square feet. KENPAT was part of the work with the following scope of work:
• Light gauge metal framing
• Insulation
• Drywall
• Acoustical Ceilings
• Stucco / Plaster
• GFRC
