Overview

Cornell Fine Arts Museum at Rollins College renovation and expansion was awarded to KENPAT USA, LLC by Walker & Company, Inc. This project consisted of light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, stucco and plaster, and GFRC, with feature elements incorporated into the walls and ceilings. The new construction demanded a seamless transition from the existing structure to the new expansion that set an extremely high standard of quality for this architectural jewel.
